Terms & Conditions

• WORKSHOP FEES, INCLUDING SUMMER WORKSHOP WEEKS, ARE NONREFUNDABLE. 
• With the exception of private events, CREDITS ARE NOT ISSUED.  
• In the event of a private event cancellation, a studio credit will be issued and may be applied to a future private event only for up to 1 calendar year from the original event date. Credits not used by the expiration date will be forfeited.
• In the event of a cancellation on the part of ArtSmart! Studio, a full refund will be issued.  
• ArtSmart! Studio reserves the right to cancel any workshop/series in the event of insufficient enrollment.   
• You acknowledge receipt of future program related communications via email from ArtSmart! Studio, with the option to unsubscribe at any time. 
• You understand that the participant and/or their artwork may be photographed for use in the marketing of ArtSmart! Studio. 

• "New to the Studio" artists at minimum program age will be required to submit proof of age upon registration.
• Minors turning "of age" within 30 days of a session start date, may be eligible for enrollment at the discretion of the studio director. 
• ArtSmart! Studio reserves the right to deny enrollment for "of age" minors with regard to maturity/studio behavioral expectations.  

• Masks are OPTIONAL for workshop participants.  
• Mask policy is subject to change at any time. 
• Refunds will NOT be issued as a result of a change in masking policy.  
• By using our facilities or participating in our programs, you are acknowledging and accepting all risks asscociated with contracting any illness, including Covid 19.     

• Upon registration/submission of workshop fees, participants are assumed healthy and able to fully participate in ArtSmart! Studio programming.  
• You understand there are no emergency medical professionals on site and that Kathy Vincent, ArtSmart! LLC, DBA ArtSmart! Studio Monroe will not be held responsible for any medical care.   
• In the event of a health emergency, 911 will be called, followed by the emergency contact submitted by you upon registration.  
• You accept the responsibility to provide all pertinent medical information, upon enrollment & via email/written documentation, in the event this information might need to be made available to emergency medical personnel. 
• No medication, including EPI-pen, will be administered by Kathy Vincent or any studio representative.
• In the event of a health emergency which would require EMS services/ambulance transportation to a local hospital, you understand that you are responsible for all charges resulting from EMS services/ambulance transport/hospitalization & all future care related to and/or as a result of this event. 
• You agree to hold Kathy Vincent, ArtSmart! LLC and all related parties completely harmless of any and all Civil Liability resulting costs and outcomes in perpetuity.

• All minors must be escorted to the studio door, each day, for Check-In.  Confirmation of Emergency Contact will occur at this time. 
• Minors will not be dismissed from the studio without an adult escort. Parents/guardians must come to the studio door to collect their child(ren). 
• Participants will be provided an age appropriate demonstration in the safe use of workshop materials.   
• Risk of injury is assumed by the participant/parent upon registration.  
• ArtSmart! Studio is not responsible for any theft or damage to personal belongings. 

• ArtSmart! Studio reserves the right to deny enrollment or dismiss an enrolled participant, at any time, due to inappropriate or unmanageable or disruptive behavior.
• Workshop fees for a dismissal due to a behavioral issue are NONREFUNDABLE.
